EDGE d.o.o. has been engaged in the Retail Park POINT project in Kiseljak, taking a key role in leasing and future management of the complex. This retail park, currently under construction according to the highest standards, will introduce a completely new shopping and leisure concept to Kiseljak and the wider region.
As experts in the retail and real estate sector, EDGE is overseeing the entire leasing process – from defining the optimal tenant mix, through negotiations and contracts, to the positioning of brands within the retail park. The goal is to create a diverse and attractive offer that will meet customer needs and draw a wide audience.
In addition to leasing, EDGE will also be responsible for the management of the complex after its opening. This includes professional facility maintenance, technical support, security, as well as the coordination of marketing and promotional activities that will make Retail Park POINT a recognizable and well-visited destination.
Retail Park POINT will not only provide Kiseljak with a modern shopping environment but also become a new hub of social life, a gathering place, and an economic driver for the local community. From August 29 to September 7, Diamond Mall transformed into a true Superhero Academy. Children had the opportunity to discover their superpowers and develop new skills through creative workshops, games, and fun activities – all in an atmosphere filled with real heroic energy.
The exclusive right to organize this unique event was granted to EDGE, which designed and executed the entire concept of the Superhero School. Special focus was placed on creativity, fun, and interactive participation for children, while parents enjoyed watching their little ones experience unforgettable moments.
The turnout was remarkable – hundreds of kids participated in the workshops and games every day, and the joy and smiles on their faces were the best confirmation of the project’s success. Parents also expressed great satisfaction with the organization and the concept itself, which further motivated our team to continue creating experiences that combine both fun and education.

The biggest shopping center Mega Mall in Tešanj was opened and as such work on it represented a big challenge for our company. From the idea to the opening of the Mega Mall, EDGE was a proud partner. Consulting, leasing and marketing services are fully provided by EDGE.
Our next project, the opening of which is planned for the spring of 2024. EDGE has been a partner of the project since the very beginning and we are impatiently waiting to present it to the citizens of Bihać in the most beautiful light.
The crown of our work so far is the organization of the first regional Retail and Property Expo event, which we called Repex. For several months, we have been working hard on the preparations for Repex, which will be held on April 17-18, 2024, in the Convention Center of the Hills Hotel in Sarajevo. The entire Retail industry will be represented through the 3 pillars of the event, the fair-exhibition part, panel discussions and the B2B platform.
